• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Travelers only need to show their booking confirmation to the driver or guide at pickup. No physical ticket is required.

Pickup Information

Please be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or through your hotel reception upon arrival. If your hotel is outside the main pickup area, we will coordinate an alternative meeting point in advance.
