• We will pick you up promptly at the time selected, please be in the lobby or outside your accommodations • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Dress code is casual • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

We offer a complimentary pick up for guests staying in Medellin only (Poblado and Laureles sectors). For guests staying in counties outside the city a meeting point will be given.
