Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter. If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. Valid ID is required, matching the names on the reservation. Entry is not guaranteed without proper ID. Meeting time may change slightly. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Please provide the correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. All visitors must pass through metal detector security checks. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, or electric wheelchairs. Our tours generally include up to 12 guests per guide for a more personal experience. From time to time, we may adjust the group size to accommodate families or friends travelling together, and some tours may also run with fewer participants. This flexible approach allows us to offer the best experience possible.
