Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please provide correct names and birthday as to put names on the record.   • Please write special request or remarks if you want a suggested accommodations and for further request. If things are possible it will be granted and agreed.  • Please used the hotel or accommodation telephone or phone for free access to any locals or the agent. The abroad sim/phone is too costly.
