Pickup Information

For airport pickups, travelers will be met at a designated meeting point near their arrival terminal at Cancun International Airport. Since there are four different terminals, the exact meeting point will depend on your flight information. That’s why it is essential to provide your flight number and airline when booking, so we can determine the correct terminal and ensure a smooth pickup. Once you land and are ready to be picked up, one of our agents will stay in contact with you to coordinate the meeting point—located just a short walk from your arrival area. Your driver will arrive within 5 to 10 minutes, holding a banner with your name for easy identification and a hassle-free boarding experience. For hotel-to-airport transportation, your driver will arrive punctually at the requested time, and you will be picked up outside the hotel lobby for direct transfer to the airport.
