Information on redemption of tickets Compulsory ticket exchange: Before boarding the catamaran, you need to redeem your Viator voucher for a physical ticket at our ticket office. Where to redeem your ticket? Head to Oceanix Cancun’s ticket office in Playa Tortugas. Address: Blvd. Kukulcan, Kukulcan Boulevard, Hotel Zone, 77500 Cancun, Q.R. Opening hours: From [opening time] to [closing time]. Directions to get there If you arrive by public transport: Take the R-1 or R-2 route to the Cancun Hotel Zone. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Playa Tortugas stop. Once you get off, walk approximately 2 minutes to the Oceanix ticket office, located at the main entrance to the beach. If you arrive by car: Playa Tortugas has parking (subject to availability). It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes in advance to complete the ticket exchange without rush. Important recommendations: Have your Viator voucher ready in print or digital format for validation. Arrive in plenty of time to ensure your access to the tour.
