For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Once we receive your confirmation, we'll contact you in order to keep in touch and give you all the extra information you may need. If we have to cancel due bad weather, you'll be offered to reschedule or receive a full refund after fees.

Pickup Information

We will pick up everyone depending on the hotel you are staying, for people staying at Getsemani and Old city one of our concierges will wait for you at the meeting point, at the Clock Tower for the old city. if you are staying at Melia or Dreams, additional charges will apply for pick up.
