Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You must show the electronic Voucher to our driver when you pick it up, so we know that you are the one who is going for the tour. In case you do not need transportation, you should simply show it at the reception to know you are going on the canopy tour.

Pickup Information

We usually pick up 30 minutes before the tour time, but it can vary depending on where you are. From Hotel Tangara to Hotel Tabacón Thermal Resort we collect without any additional charge, hotels or places that are outside this range have an additional charge.
