Here’s how to choose: we kindly ask that you reserve an extra seat for each piece of checked luggage beyond the included allowance. For example: 2 passengers + 3 suitcases → select “3 people” 5 passengers + 6 suitcases → select “6 people” This helps us arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle, so your ride is comfortable and stress-free. Booking Tips Please provide accurate number of travelers and luggage, so we can match you with the most suitable vehicle. If you prefer extra legroom or have more luggage, simply add one more passenger when booking — we’ll arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle for you. If you need an infant car seat, please submit the order and leave a note at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll prepare it free of charge. Service Coverage Our airport transfer service includes up to driving mileage as following, which covers almost all hotels within city downtown: - Pickup from CTU airport: 40 km -Pickup from TFU airport: 70km Once we receive your booking, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and inform you in advance if any extra distance charge applies. Before your departure： we'll send you all essential details: your driver's name, contact number, license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle. Before your arrival： we closely monitor your flight in real time. Your driver will be at the airport with a name sign according to your actual landing time, whether your flight is early or delayed — no need to worry. Upon your arrival： the moment your flight lands, you'll receive a warm welcome message from us along with a photo of your driver holding the name sign in the arrival hall. Meeting point: the EXIT of "Checked baggage Claim Area" Once you collect your checked luggage and walk out from the EXIT, you'll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage or unsure where to go. From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. If you need to exchange currency or buy a SIM card, let us know in advance — your driver will be heppy to assist at the airport before heading to the car. On board the car : You’ll be escorted to the parking area and driven to your hotel via the most efficient route. Please fasten your seatbelt and enjoy a comfortable ride with us. A complimentary bottle of local mineral water will be provided for your convenience. Humble reminder: We offer 2 hours free waiting time in airport, counting from the airplane actual landing time( it usually takes customers 1 - 1.5 hours to disembark from the airplane, go through immigration, collect their checked luggage, and then walk out of the EXIT to meet the driver. By providing 2 hours of free waiting time, passengers can feel relaxed and un-rushed.)
