Pickup Information

How long will my driver will wait for me at the hotel for my return to the airport? Please, if you have any issue at the moment of checking out or before leaving from you accommodation notify us right away. Your driver will wait 15 min starting from the booked pick-up time; if, we don’t receive any notification your driver will leave after the waiting time has passed. Do I need to confirm my pick-up for my return to the airport? Yes, you will be receiving a mail with the pick-up time for your return to the airport. How do you assign the pick-up time for my return to the airport? The pick-up time is calculated based on the route time plus 2.5hrs. This guarantees a safe flight check-in. Upon arrival your driver will confirm your return flight info. He’ll notify you with the assigned pick-up time for your return to the airport. Once you’d agreed with the pick-up time we’ll send the agreement via e-mail.
