Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

No printed ticket is required – simply show your booking confirmation email or mobile voucher to the driver at pick-up. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name at the designated pick-up location (e.g., hotel lobby or airport arrivals area). Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays. If you have not received your driver’s details (name, contact number, vehicle info) by 12 hours before your tour, please contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Pickup Information

Please confirm your designated pickup location when booking. For hotel pickups, we will reach out to you with specific details. If you're meeting at a public location, look for our guide at the designated meeting point. Please arrive at the pickup location at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. This ensures a smooth and timely start to your experience.
