Wines from small family producers. At the end of the tasting you will be able to answer to these questions : Which cheese with which wine ? Why wines of Burgundy are so famous ? What kind of wine can you find into Burgundy ? How wine is made ? Conditions : local guide, wine specialist, small group (less than 6), possible to by the wines at the end of the tasting session. We stay into Dijon, there is no visit into the wineyards.
