Wristbands provided to passengers upon arrival/pick-up. Note: Tour routes can change due to particular reasons. You WILL enjoy your tour as we try to keep to the listed route. Missed Departure / No-Show Policy Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location at least the specified check-in time prior to departure. Failure to arrive on time for the scheduled bus departure will be considered a no-show. In the event that a guest misses the bus for any reason, including but not limited to traffic delays, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to follow provided instructions, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be granted. All bookings are final once the departure time has passed.
