Redemption Instructions

Your booking is confirmed! Transport can be arranged at select hotels in Playa Del Carmen at the customer's request. If you would like to set up transportation, it is important that you send us a message confirming your hotel location so we can arrange this service for you. Otherwise, your check-in will be scheduled at the door of Coco Bongo. You will be required to bring your ticket(s) to the Gold Member Entrance of Coco Bongo when you arrive with a government issued photo ID. *Please note; even with skip-the-line access, all travelers will experience a short wait at the security check-point upon entry to the club for everyone's safety and comfort. We ask that you use the ticket provided directly with these instructions, and not the ticket automatically updated to your Apple Wallet. This will expedite your check in process and ensure accuracy.
