Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at "Casa Amatller", next to (Gaudi's) "Casa Batllo", 41 Passeig de Gràcia, 08007 Barcelona.
Redemption Instructions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. This is especially important when booking reduced tickets (such as child tickets 2-10 years old) as Sagrada Familia often asks for ID as proof of age. - Infants are not allowed on this tour. - All guests must pass through security at La Sagrada Familia. - Due to the religious nature of La Sagrada Familia, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry. - Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. - The rooftop terrace of Casa Batllo may be closed during heavy wind or rain. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
