Cooking Class at Tropical Spice Garden Discount Tickets

Overview

Tropical Spice Garden is home to more than 500 species of flora and fauna, with a special focus on spices and herbs. In this cooking class, generationally taught home cooks will share treasured family recipes, as well as tips and tricks for producing the authentic, spice-laden cuisine of Southeast Asia. Classes take place in individual cooking stations, where you will learn how to recreate the traditional methods of preparing Nyonya, Malay, Indian, Thai, and Asian Vegetarian cuisine.

Child policy:

- Children under 8 years are not permitted to join the cooking class for safety reasons.

- Children 8-14 years cannot cook independently, and must be assigned to share the work station with a parent or guardian.

- Children 15-18 years will be charged as an adult if they occupy their own workstation.

- The cooking class is inclusive of a live-guided garden tour.

- The class duration may vary due to the complexity of the dishes and differing range of abilities per guest.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, amendments to the menu may need to be made.
