Redemption Instructions

Please check your official Carcassonne Castle Ticket from the activity provider in your email inbox. The supplier will send your ticket up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit date. Entry without an official ticket is not permitted. A booking confirmation email or reservation number will not be accepted at the entrance. PLEASE NOTE: Skipping or bypassing the security line is not possible. All visitors must go through a mandatory security check, which may result in waiting times, especially during high season.
