Redemption Instructions

Please check your email up to the morning of your whale watch. This product is subject to short-term cancelation due to rough seas. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests must arrive early, as late arrivals will miss the boat. It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes prior to departure. DAY OF TRAVEL: The Boston Harbor City Cruises Ticket Center is located on Long Wharf, next to the Marriott Hotel. The Ticket Center has a statue of a Humpback whale on its roof. DURATION: The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3 to 4 hours. PARKING: Parking garages are available nearby at such areas as Rowes Wharf, The Marriott Hotel, and The Boston Harbor Garage (within easy walking distance).
