Meeting and Pickup
Your Capuchin Crypt entrance tickets will be emailed within 24 hours. Go directly to the museum (Via Vittorio Veneto, 27) with your digital tickets. Tickets are valid anytime during opening hours. Arrive at least 15 minutes before closing or entry may be denied.

Redemption Instructions
- Your official Capuchin Crypt tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking. These are digital tickets, so no printing or voucher exchange is required to enter. - You do not need to meet anyone to start your visit. Head straight to the crypt entrance with your emailed tickets and enter at any time during opening hours. - If you would prefer a little help getting oriented, our welcome staff will be available at Piazza Barberini 23, in front of the Fontana del Tritone, at your scheduled tour time. There they can exchange your voucher for your entry tickets and point you toward the entrance. - Please note that staff are only present at your selected time slot. If you skip the meeting point or arrive at a different time, simply use the digital tickets from your email instead. - Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women to enter the Capuchin Crypts. Guests not meeting the dress code may be refused entry. No hats inside. - A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests, including children. The name on your booking must match your ID exactly, or entry will be denied without a refund. - Only small bags or backpacks (max 55 x 35 x 20 cm) are permitted. Large luggage, wheeled bags, tripods, and glass bottles are prohibited. There is no on-site storage; please leave large items at your accommodation.
