• IMPORTANT: Our starting point is outside the Hotel El Cid La Ceiba (this is where the boat takes off from). • Arrive 30 minutes before the departure time • Bring your bathing suit under clothes • Bring an extra t-shirt to protect yourself while swimming • Bring a towel, dry changing clothes, and shoes which you are okay with getting wet • An adult must accompany children • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund • Not wheelchair accessible • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • The listed price does not include a $11.00 USD per person for Marine and Pier fees, payable at the time of tour check-in. Must be paid in cash. • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise the supplier as soon as possible of your Hotel or Cruise Ship name, docking time, debarkation time, and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • All times are listed and managed in local time. Please make sure to keep this in mind while in Cozumel. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other severe medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women •For mainland passengers: Remember this activity starts at Cozumel. We recommend you arrive at the ferry pier in Playa del Carmen an hour before your ferry departs to make it on time. If you fail to show up on time and miss the ferry, we won't be able to help you and can't provide a refund.
