Redemption Instructions

Hello and good morning! Thank you for booking this experience with us. Please let us know where you are staying and if you are in the city center or close by we can arrange a pick up. If not, make sure to arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the tour begins. Please note that there will be a considerable hike, it is not a challenging hike but you must bring comfortable shoes and suitable clothing for the sun. Use sunscreen and mosquito repellent. This area is usually very sunny and it does not rain often, but it is a tropical climate, so it is very unpredictable and you should bring something for the rain just in case. The return to your place of lodging is not included, the tour ends in the San Antonio neighborhood. If you have any other questions or requests, please let us know. Hotel pickups begin approximately 30-40 minutes before the start time.
