1. The Peace Bridge in Calgary is a striking red-and-white pedestrian bridge over the Bow River. Designed by Santiago Calatrava, it connects downtown to Sunnyside. Opened in 2012, it’s a popular spot for walks, cycling, and photos.
2. Scotsman’s Hill in Calgary is a popular lookout point offering stunning views of the downtown skyline and Stampede Grounds. It’s a favorite spot for photos in the Ramsay neighborhood, especially during the Calgary Stampede when you can watch fireworks from here. It’s peaceful and perfect for catching a sunrise or sunset!
3. The Calgary Tower is an iconic landmark in the heart of Calgary, standing 191 meters tall. Opened in 1968, it features a 360-degree observation deck with breathtaking views of the city, the Rocky Mountains, and the prairies. The glass floor section offers a thrilling experience, and the rotating Sky 360 restaurant provides a unique dining experience with panoramic views. optional
