Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Puerto Cancun Mall and Oasis Smart Cancun The pick up time is set according to your location, we have pick ups available at Cancun Hotel Zone. If you are staying in Puerto Morelos or Costa Mujeres the pick up is not included, you will have to go to the meeting point. Depending in the location, we can provide transportation for an extra fee in those areas
