Redemption Instructions

- Please provide us your hotel information for pick up before 12 hours of departure time - If you don't want to pick up or your place is out of Dist 1. Please come to our counter in Sai Gon Central Post Office. - In the main gate of Sai Gon Post Office, face to inside, looking the counter named VietCruise Tours in your left hand which is 50m from main gate.

Pickup Information

If you don't want to pick up or your location is outside of District 1, please give us your hotel information so we might pick you up before the scheduled departure time. Come by our counter at 241 Pham Ngu Lao Str, Dist 1 or the Sai Gon Central Post Office. - At the Sai Gon Post Office's main entrance, turn to face the inside and look at the VietCruise Tours counter on your left hand. - We will pick you up at your any hotel in Ho Chi Minh city's urban if you purchase a private trip.
