We offer pick-up service for participants staying in Downtown Monterrey and San Pedro Garza García (Valle Oriente) If your accommodation is not in these areas, please meet us at Plaza Real Monterrey – right in front of Starbucks You’ll receive a message or phone call around pickup time to coordinate with your guides. Insurance Form (Required for All Participants) Each person must fill out the insurance form individually, as the insurance is personal and mandatory for every traveler: https://lyliaventuras.notion.site/38e123ef15c48097bd97c56141caca42?pvs=105 Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a summary of the tour via WhatsApp. If you don’t receive it, you can request it directly at: +52 81 2201 0579 Need transportation from the airport or another area? Just let us know in advance so we can help coordinate the logistics. Can’t wait to share this adventure with you! If a participant does not show up on the day of the tour, or arrives more than 15 minutes late, we will unfortunately have to cancel their spot without a refund. This policy allows us to respect the group’s time and begin the experience safely and on schedule.
