Redemption Instructions

Arrival at the Meeting Point: Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth check-in and vehicle allocation. The meeting point address and map will be provided in your confirmation email. Present Your Ticket: Show your printed or digital ticket (via smartphone or tablet) along with a valid ID to the check-in counter upon arrival. Check-in Process: Check-in staff will verify your booking and provide you with any necessary details for your safari, including the vehicle and tour guide information. If you have purchased any additional services (e.g., camel ride, dune bashing), please confirm these details at check-in. Departure: Once your check-in is complete, you will be escorted to your designated vehicle. Ensure you are ready to depart promptly to avoid delays. Late Arrival: Please note that late arrivals may miss the scheduled departure and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
