Cooler with Ice Included: The meeting point is located near a supermarket so you can buy drinks or snacks before departure. Ice coolers are provided during the tour. Redemption Instructions

Show your mobile ticket to the guide upon arrival. Please make sure your WhatsApp number and accommodation address are correct, as we will contact you there to coordinate your pickup from a nearby supermarket close to your location.

Pickup Information

Information relevant to the collection: At 20:00 the day before, the information with the exact pickup time, in addition to the monitor’s phone, will reach you via WhatsApp. Pick-up will be by the supermarket closest to the hotel (which will be indicated a day before), this is because we carry ice-cold fridges so that they can store the food and drink they will consume on the excursion. If they have not contacted you within the day prior to the tour, contact them immediately by Whatsapp If you come on a cruise ship that docks in West Dyke pickup inside is charged €20 per person
