Pickup Information
** This is the official shared transportation to Cirque Soleil Service** Please make sure that your package indicates in the name "Transfer + Experience" example: "Transfer + Show-Only", those are the packages that include the round trip transportation service. 1. During the booking process, search and select the Hotel or meeting point of your preference. 2.The "Start time" in the confirmation is the schedule of the show NOT the pick up time. 3. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation prior to the purchased visit date (12 hours) in order to not lose the transportation service.. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors. **Important note** There may be some locations in Playa del Carmen where transportation cannot access directly. In such cases, we will inform you via email of the nearest meeting point to the selected hotel.
