Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that the weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.

Just let us know where you're staying, and one of our friendly representatives will reach out with all the details you need, including where to meet us and when. We offer two fantastic tour times to fit your schedule. Our morning tour kicks off with pickups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen areas between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and in the Tulum area between 7:00 to 8:00 am, aiming to arrive at the park by 9:30 am. Prefer a bit more sleep? Our noon tour starts with pickups in Cancun and Playa del Carmen between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and in Tulum between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, getting us to the park by 1:30 pm. We tailor pickup times to your specific location, so our rep will get in touch to confirm your exact pickup time, either by email or text. For those staying in Tulum hotels or Airbnbs, we've set the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown as your convenient meeting point.
