Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption Instructions Entrance tickets to the Giza Pyramids Complex and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) are included in the tour price. However, the following optional experiences are not included and can be purchased separately on-site if desired: • Entry inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu • Royal Tombs access inside the Giza Plateau • Special exhibition halls inside the Grand Egyptian Museum • Children’s Museum section (GEM Kids Museum) Your guide will assist you with purchasing any optional tickets if you wish to join these experiences during the tour.

Pickup Information

Pickup time will be confirmed one day before the tour. Please be ready at your hotel reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We recommend requesting a breakfast box from your hotel reception the evening before the tour. Travelers must bring their passport on the day of travel.
