Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption Instructions After booking, you will receive your flight details and tour confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your full name matches your passport exactly, as this information is required for issuing your plane tickets. A valid Egypt entry visa is required for travelers flying from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo. If you do not already have one, you can usually purchase the $25 visa on arrival at Sharm El Sheikh Airport before your flight. Please arrive early enough to complete this process. In rare cases, if domestic flights become fully booked and we are unable to secure your seats, we may need to reschedule or cancel your trip. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund through Viator. Please bring your passport with you on the day of travel, as it is required for airport check-in and security.

Pickup Information

We offer door-to-door pickup from all hotels and resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, including Naama Bay, Hadaba, Sharks Bay, Nabq Bay, and Montazah areas. Pickup starts at 4:00–4:30 AM, depending on your hotel location. The exact pickup time will be sent to you after booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you are staying in a residential apartment or Airbnb, we will arrange the nearest accessible pickup point. Important: Please bring your passport (mandatory for the airport). Ensure your full name matches your passport for the flight ticket. We will send your flight details via WhatsApp or email the evening before the trip.
