Make sure the names provided match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children) — entry to the Colosseum will be denied if they don’t. Everyone must bring valid ID to be allowed in. If Colosseum staff deny entry due to incorrect names, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. This voucher is not your entry ticket, it only confirms your booking.You cannot access the Colosseum with this voucher alone. It should be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the name on the reservation. Entry is not guaranteed without proper ID. By booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. Meeting time is subject to change. All visitors must pass through metal detector security check. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather. During summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, or electric wheelchairs. This activity has a maximum of 24 participants.
