We can pick up at hotels and Airbnbs; however, to be more efficient in logistics and avoid city center traffic, we request that you approach the meeting point: Ángel de la Independencia (Reforma), Parque Lincoln (Polanco), or Parque México (Condesa). IMPORTANT INFORMATION For your comfort and safety, transportation is assigned according to the group size. For small groups, it’s common to use a private car (often close to a private transfer); for larger groups, a bigger vehicle will be assigned to match the number of passengers. All vehicles are suitable for the activity and are operated by authorized drivers. If you have any concerns at pickup, please confirm your name with the driver and contact us immediately.
