All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

Meeting and Pickup
You can pick up your passes and rentals from our off-mountain locations (37 Camp St, Queenstown or 50 Cardrona Valley Rd, Wanaka) the day before. Alternatively, you can do this on-mountain on the day. We'd suggest arriving around 9:00am to get fitted before your lesson starts 10.20am.
Redemption Instructions
An email from the Cardrona x Treble Cone reservations team will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed, which you can use to collect your ski pass via our automatic ticket machines. You can do this at the same time you collect your rentals at the Cardrona mountain ticket office, or better yet, the day before at our off mountain locations, Wanaka (50 Cardrona Valley Road) or Queenstown (37 Camp Street) and get on snow faster!
