Redemption Instructions

HOTEL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: When the driver or tour guide arrives at your hotel, they will contact the front desk to call your room if you are not in the lobby. --- AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Upon arrival at the airport, a staff member will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a clear sign with your name. They will then escort you to your waiting private transfer vehicle.
