For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please arrive at 18 Anson Street at least 15 minutes in advance for each tour • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Mobile phone numbers are required at time of booking **If you are with any other parties on the Ghost and Graveyard, please give us two hours advance notice. With no notice, we may not be able to keep your groups together.
