- SkyPark Observation Deck ticket will not be applicable for entry on the following dates due to special ticketed events.

- Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck:
- Children under 2 years are free of charge.
- Entry is through the exterior of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3.

- Gardens by the Bay:
- The conservatories undergo monthly maintenance closures. Check the official website at https://bit.ly/3U0toru for specific closure dates before planning your visit.
- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on the closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day and re-entry is not allowed.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).

Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is strictly valid on your selected travel date and timeslot, while the Gardens by the Bay ticket must be used within the voucher validity period.
