MP: Via dei Fori Imperiali, 25 Please meet in front of the Tourist Information Point at Fori Imperiali at least 30 min prior to the booked time. Our coordinators will be identifiable by their “Italy with family” t-shirts. For this activity you MUST bring an ID for each participant or a photocopy of it. * Please provide the first and last name of each traveler exactly as they appear on your official travel documents. Failure to do so will result in denied entry and loss of tour. By confirming a booking and/or expressly requesting the procurement of tickets from third-party providers, the Customer hereby grants our agency an express mandate, pursuant to Articles 1703 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code, to act in the Customer’s name and on their behalf for the purpose of purchasing, reserving and, where applicable, collecting tickets for transportation services, museums, exhibitions, and cultural sites located in Rome, including, without limitation, the Colosseum, the Vatican Museums, and the Borghese Gallery. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: • the Agency acts exclusively as an intermediary in relation to the purchase of such tickets from independent third-party providers; • the Customer shall provide complete and accurate personal data necessary for the issuance of tickets and shall bear sole responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions therein. This mandate is conferred solely for the execution of the requested services and shall be deemed effective upon confirmation of the booking, remaining valid until the completion of the relevant transactions. Where required for the performance of this mandate, the Customer authorizes the Agency to process their personal data strictly for purposes connected thereto, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By proceeding with the booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms of this mandate.
