• The client must contact us two days before the flight to confirm the details of the activity (weather conditions, flying area, time of the flight...) • Dress code is casual and recomendable no heels. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Please contact us with the specific hotel adress. Pick up time is approximate. You must contact the company two days before the flight to confirm pick up time. Summer: 6:00 a.m. Winter: 7:00 a.m You have to phone or contact the company for confirmation of meeting time in the hotel. Remember this service is only available if you have chosen the option with pick-up. *Drop off not included. Guests will travel back by train or similar transport.
