Kindly note that the exact pick-up time from your hotel will be communicated by our institution approximately 18:00 by local time, or potentially later, before your scheduled balloon ride. In case you do not receive any correspondence from us either via email or WhatsApp message, we request you to reach out to us directly. Furthermore, we wish to clarify that while all our flights take place in the morning, we cannot guarantee a sunrise flight. Our service offers two types of morning flights: one at sunrise and the other commencing approximately 15 to 30 minutes after sunrise. Please understand that the assignment to these flight times is subject to operational considerations and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

We pick you up from all hotels around Cappadocia. We do not provide pick-up from other cities or outside of the Cappadocia.
