Pickup Information

Please wait at the hotel lobby or the main entrance of your accommodation at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will be holding a sign with “RGM Tour & Travel” for easy identification. If you are staying in a guesthouse, hostel, or Airbnb without a clear lobby, please confirm a specific pickup point (e.g., main gate or reception). For group pickups, we may consolidate nearby hotels; you will be notified in advance if your exact hotel is not directly on the route. If you have large luggage or strollers, please inform us so the vehicle can be prepared accordingly.
