Redemption Instructions

- For security reasons, it is not allowed to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities. - You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. - If you do not receive the email with the pick-up details, you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last-minute pick-up situations on the same day of your tour. - If we do not have pick-up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Centro Hotel. - Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel, you can get to the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact us for the details. - We do not offer pick-up service at any airbnb or private addresses. - We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items.

Each hotel has a different pickup time, so please check your email, including your spam folder. - If we cannot pick you up at your accommodation, we will assign you the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Meeting points for travelers staying at Airbnbs, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: Outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Avenida Tulum - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Aventuras: There is no pickup at any hotel or Airbnb; the meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen. - The pickup time is determined according to your location and tour availability. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as their pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the One Cancun Centro meeting point. - For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and your hotel's location, the pickup time may change. - We do not offer pickup service from Airbnbs or private addresses.

This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.

If you are late or do not show, no refund is offered.

Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an extra charge of USD 15 per person.

Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company.

Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.

Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered.

If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.
