If the minimum number of participants is not reached on the day of the tour, we may need to cancel the trip. We will notify you in advance if this happens.

Pickup Information

Based on your hotel, we will send you the pickup time the day before your tour. The guide will confirm your name upon arrival, and once everything is set, we can start your hot springs adventure in the comfort of our vehicle!
