For guests staying in the Cancun Hotel Zone, which is along Boulevard Kukulcan, please note the following specifics regarding pickup locations. If you are staying at an all-inclusive resort in this zone, pickup will be directly from your hotel lobby. However, for those staying at other types of accommodations in the Cancun Hotel Zone, we also provide a designated meeting point within the zone for your convenience. For guests staying in downtown Cancun, we offer several convenient meeting points. Additionally, there is a meeting point at Puerto Juarez Ultramar for guests staying in Isla Mujeres hotels. Pickup from all-inclusive hotels in the Riviera Maya, Akumal, and Tulum areas is also included. For guests staying in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Playacar, and Tulum downtown or hotel zone, we provide several meeting points for your convenience. It is essential to mention your hotel or accommodation details when making your booking.
