Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point will be at Super Aki Market, right outside of the main gates, the customer will have to reach to the provider to confirm the exact pick up time (number listed at the voucher)
Redemption Instructions
The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, the number is listed on the voucher It is forbidden to carry large suitcases or extra backpacks. Only a hand-held backpack of less than 35 liters is allowed. Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the best possible experience Dear Visitor: Please note that backpacks are not permitted inside the Chichen Itza archaeological site. This policy applies to all types of backpacks without exception and aims to improve safety, the visitor experience, and the preservation of the site.
