- Only last minute bookings, after 6 pm the day prior to the tour, requiere a confirmation from the service provider, if you didn´t receive a confirmation from the service provider a refund will be processed. - Comfortable walking shoes are recommended - Dress code is smart casual

Pickup Information

• Hotel name and lobby are required upon reservation. • Pickup is available at hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya from Moon Palace to Tulum, including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. • Lodgings with unpaved access, pedestrian streets with restricted vehicle access, or located in Tulum’s Hotel Zone will be assigned a nearby meeting point. • Pickup time is provided the afternoon before your tour. • Climbing the Coba pyramid is neither included nor guaranteed
