Redemption Instructions

Chichén Itzá entrance fee is 780 MXN per adult. Children under 11 years old have free admission. Please note that life jackets are mandatory for swimming in the cenote. Lockers are optional and available for approximately $5 USD each. Pickup is available from most hotels in Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and Tulum. If you are staying at a boutique hotel, Airbnb, hostel, condominium, or vacation rental, we will assign the closest available meeting point according to your location. Please send your accommodation details to support@satmexico.com to coordinate the nearest meeting point. Recommended Meeting Points: Cancun Downtown: Hotel Oasis Smart Playa del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen / Plaza Las Perlas Tulum: Super Aki Tulum Pickup time is approximately between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM depending on your hotel location. Exact pickup details will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp the day before your tour before 7:00 PM. Common meeting points may include: * Hotel Oasis Smart (Cancun Downtown) * Quinta Alegría Shopping Mall (Playa del Carmen) * Super Aki Tulum Final pickup or meeting point is always confirmed after booking, based on your location. ⏰ Pickup time: usually between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM Exact details are shared by email at least 48 hours before the tour. We maintain clear and constant communication before your tour, so you’ll always know where to be and when. The tour ends at the same location where pickup or meeting takes place.
