Pickup Information

Pickup Information Pickup is included from most hotels located in Cancun’s Hotel Zone and downtown area. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. If you're staying in an Airbnb or outside the pickup zone, a nearby meeting point will be assigned. You will receive a message or email with your exact pickup time after booking confirmation. If you have any special requests or accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can assist you accordingly.
