Redemption Instructions

Please contact us prior to your arrival date to confirm details of your transportation and the exact pick-up time from your hotel. Once at the destination, to request support and assistance with the details of your reservation and/or any inconvenience, please contact any of our assistance lines: +52 998 312 1211, +52 998 281 9016 and/or +1 209 697 4438, or email us at customerservicemts@mexicotravelsolutions.com, from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00 hours. We have a night duty service for inquiries and emergencies; however, last-minute changes or cancellations cannot be confirmed outside of office hours. On the day of your arrival please present a copy of your voucher can be printed or electronic to redeem services.

Pickup Information

Pick-up service is available only at hotels. You must provide a valid hotel in order to proceed with the reservation. If you are staying at a hotel not reachable by our bus, a meeting point will be provided.
