Redemption Instructions

This voucher must be redeemed for a direct entry ticket to the activity. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery. A day before your tour date, you will receive the final instructions to redeem your product including the exact departure time from your hotel or meeting point. Pickup Information

If your hotel is outside of the coverage area, you will be provided with a nearby location, as close to your hotel as it could be. You will confirm your exact departure time with the local tour operator. Please be ready and waiting at least 10 minutes prior the scheduled time.
